Morning worship

After cleanliness and preparing the prayer space, remember Ganapati, offer salutations to Ayyappa and recite Saranaghosham. Include a familiar prayer taught in your household. Read the Mantra Sahita guide for a short sequence with meanings.

Evening worship

Set aside a calm time after the day’s work. Repeat the invocation, join a family or group bhajan where possible, and reflect on whether your actions matched the discipline of the vow.

Regularity and understanding

A brief prayer understood and practised with care is a useful starting point. This guide does not prescribe an obligatory number of repetitions or promise a particular result from a count. Your Guruswamy can explain the specific routine of your group.
