Landmarks on the ascent
The traditional approach is associated with Neelimala, Appachimedu, Sabaripeedam, Marakkoottam and Saramkuthi before the temple precinct. The path assigned to you may differ with crowd management. Follow the marked route rather than using this landmark list as turn-by-turn navigation.
On the route
Stay with your group, follow marked paths and comply with police directions. Use designated facilities and avoid littering or entering restricted forest areas.
At the temple
Follow the instructions of temple staff for queue movement and ritual access. Keep your group’s meeting point and return plan agreed in advance.
